To perform an intensive Business Health Check and Review which looks at the whole operation of the business. The review will include operational, staff, driver processes and look at the supporting infrastructure including IT, website and operating equipment

The deliverable of the Business Health Check and Review  is a summary report including recommendations and a draft strategic plan

The basic Business Health Check and Review package is 3 days consultancy - 2 onsite and 1 for followup and reporting

As an accredited Test Centre with Edexcel CBS can offer standard or bespoke delivery of these courses and the support programme to enable drivers to achieve their qualification.

Our programmes take into account driver knowledge, experience and based on this and an initial assessment, the driver will be offered training to suit their needs. The courses have one or two days classroom learning which are enhanced by workbook exercises, guided home study, online practice assessments and individual support where required.

All drivers are supported until they achieve the qualification

Driver Induction

        Develop and implement a programme to take a new driver from initial contact with the business through to being on the road as a licenced driver
o        Create a new driver welcome pack
o        Create a bespoke induction manual supported by online assessment

Build a full suite of end to end business process procedures

Identify where time, resource an cost savings can be achieved

   
Infrastructure
To provide a review of existing infrastructure and make recommendations accordingly
o        Website - usability, compliance with DDA, design and optimisation with the Search Engines
o        Hardware - cabling, PC and connectivity to the Internet
o        Policies - Security, Internet usage, Business Continuity and licenced software
o        Legal - ensure all required documentation and legal requirements are met
o        Accounting - ensure efficient accounting systems are in place
