Overview 

Where To Next? is a Training DVD which gives an insight into the world of the Taxi Driver, Taxi Operator and the customers who they are providing services to. The DVD has been created by Taxi Professionals for Taxi Professionals and can be used as a valuable training, support and promotional resource.

The experiences, both positive and negative are captured from the perspective of the person giving the service (the Taxi Professional) and the receiving the service (the Customer). There are many valuable lessons to learn from hearing these experiences.

One such scenario is the correct loading and unloading of a Wheelchair and Passenger into the Taxi, the experiences of a customer and how they expect to be treated – just the same as anyone else.

Another scenario is based on what the Taxi Driver has to put up with when dealing with angry customers. It shows how a situation can be allowed to deteriorate or can be turned around to provide the customer with an enjoyable experience. As a customer service industry it is essential that customers are kept happy which will mean that they use us again and increase business for the Taxi Operator.
